A Very Busy Weekend

Nikki sang in the combined school choirs at the Port Power game yesterday. This picture is of Nikki, Ashleigh and Tamika, one of Nikki's friends. And the best part of the day...................

Port won. Again. They have had a great start to the season.

Jarryd played his first game of soccer on Saturday. He was so excited. He played goalie and saved 2 goals. His team won 3-0 so they were all very happy.

I'm going to have to get used to the Saturday morning sport again. Nikki played netball on Saturday morning last year and I hated getting up on the cold, wet mornings. Hopefully there won't be too many of them.

Tina, I have exactly the same problem with blogger and photos. It's really annoying, when you want them placed at a certain point, and blogger just puts them anywhere. I like them after the post, but blogger always puts them first.......very frustrating. Evenso, I followed your post quite well. Loved the pics of the sunset and the beach houses. Was also nice seeing a photo of Missy P.

Sporting Saturdays..........they are hard work. I hate getting up early on the weekends, and getting up early to traipse to some footy field somewhere isn't my ideal way of spending a Saturday morning. Oh well, the things we do for our kids. We have two who play footy, and they are at seperate venues........don't know what will happen next year when my youngest son will play too!!!!

Oh Tina - I promise to never ask again how I can get more productivity in my days. I keep thinking i'm busy and then I come over and read your blog and am reminded again of how relatively easy my lifestyle is compared to yours!

The Power are doing exceptionally well this year (she says reluctantly ... lol) and no doubt you were very proud of Nikki! Hope Jarryd loves soccer - your baby is really growing up isn't he?

Hi Tina, I have just finished reading what's been happening in your world since I got back from holidays... I am sad to hear you are having a few problems and I really really hope things can be sorted out with you and hubby. It is a very stressful time, I hope you are taking care of yourself mate.
